Description:
Orthodontics is an exciting and rewarding profession! While each doctor’s career is different, there is a similar professional path. There are three common career stages in one's journey - from residency, to mid-career, to retirement - each stage presents new challenges and unique growth opportunities. Not only do these stages apply to personal development but to your physical orthodontic practice; in fact, they go hand and hand. Chris Bentson will focus on what you need to know within each stage regarding making educated career decisions, operating a successful practice, adapting as market and technology changes occur, and transitioning when the time is right. In this presentation, he will discuss the three career stages by age and offer tips to help you and your orthodontic practice succeed in each segment.
